Project BLUEPRINT

STEP 1: Schedule Your Consultation

First, reach out to me to schedule an initial consultation. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your business needs, vision, pain points, and project scope to make sure we’re the perfect fit (first 30 Minutes are on me).

I only work with a maximum of 5 clients at a time, make sure to secure your spot early.

STEP 2: Custom Proposal & Agreement

Once we know that we are a good fit, I’ll send a proposal of work. The proposal will include a detailed list of deliverables, project scope, firm price quote, and timeline. Once the proposal is accepted and agreement is signed, we’ll finalize the project kickoff date and you’ll make a 50% deposit.

STEP 3: Project Kickoff & Begin Work

The project kickoff includes a thorough phone or video call (60-90 minutes), exhaustive situation analysis, and extensive market research.

During the project kickoff I will send you a detailed business questionnaire, with the goal of fully understanding your business and situation. (I’ll ask a lot of questions, because you know your business better than anyone) I may ask to speak to relevant team members, perform audits, review SOPs, and request any other relevant documentation.

All relevant project work will begin after kickoff and will follow the established timelines and scope.

STEP 4: Finish Project and Provide Deliverables

Once I have solved your problem(s) and you are 110% satisfied, all documents and related deliverables will be made accessible through a custom data room for your organization.
